I am applying for financial aid, PELL, and TAP as well because I'm not really financially stable and I qualify for it, however if I do in fact get accepted into that college and plan to attend it, do I a) have to pay higher tuition because it's an "out of state" college b) receive less financial aid c) still receive assistance from PELL and TAP?

Answer 1 :
a. yes you will pay about 5 times or more in tuition and fees if you attend an out of state college. b. you will recieve less aid then if you stay in-state because you will not be able to use your TAP grant at an out-of-state school c. you will still be able to get Pell (if you qualify) but remember, you don't get more federal aid because you choose the expensive... i..want..t..spend..5 ..times.. more.. than.. i.. have to ... out-of-state school. Your pell grant will remain the same if you choose a school that costs 2,000 a year or 30,000 a year.
