Answer 1 :
The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia is rated first in the country by US News.
Answer 2 :
UPenn/Wharton has a great undergraduate business program, but I don't remember if they accept transfer students. You'd have to check. Rutgers New Brunswick would be an excellent choice. And if you're from NJ, it's a bargain. Others in the PA/NJ area that have good reps in business include: NYU/Stern, Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, Penn State University Park, U Pitts, CUNY Baruch, Syracuse, Villanova, Lehigh, Rensselaer Polytechnic, and Fordham.
Answer 3 :
Penn State Smeal College of Business ...WE ARE!!!!
Answer 4 :
1. UPenn 13. Villanova 22. Carnegie Mellon 25. Lehigh 38. Penn State 50. Rutgers 52. Syracuse 57. Seton Hall 65. Drexel 72. College of New Jersey 77. UPitt

Answer 1 :
I have included some sources referencing Rider U and about the state of New Jersey.
Answer 2 :
NJ has a higher population of African-Americans than the national average (I think nationally the black population is 12%, NJ is 17%.) NJ people are more to the point and straightforward than CA people, but basically, people are more or less the same all over, good and bad.

Rutgers versus College of New Jersey

Rutgers versus College of New Jersey?
Rutgers is a big state university. TCNJ is the liberal arts small college that is really selective now. In terms of which is a better school, i guess it depends on prespective. i would like to know what you all think about these two. Which is more "prestigeous"? I will probably have to choose one or the other. i will like to know which one has better academics. I have heard that rutgers is so big that you get no attention in freshman classes. someone told me that their freshman biology class was 800 students.

Answer 1 :
Academics are wonderful at both-TCNJ gets a rap for being great with education and psychology -people fields- whereas rutgers more is science and math. Either are great schools.
Answer 2 :
There is no question that Rutgers has more prestige. TCNJ may have gotten better students over the past few years, but their faculty are essentially "teachers" with very high teaching loads. The faculty at Rutgers are scholars. That may mean that they aren't as skilled at communicating, but it does give them far more prestige. I think that which will work better for you depends on what you are thinking of studying. If your plan is to teach elementary school, you don't need a prestige school, and TCNJ might give you a more "collegiate" experience. If you are hoping to get into medical school, Rutgers would be a better choice.

I'd suggest John Jay, in NYC. It's well known for criminal justice. If you were willing to go further afield, I'd also have you look at Northeastern University, which is also very well known in this field.
