If I have a Green Card, have a home in New Jersey, but am in college at MA, do I count as a MA Resident?
My family lives in New Jersey, but I attend college in Massachusetts. Do I constitute a legal resident of MA or only in NJ?

Will any fat girls Ebay a butt cheek so I can bid on getting my face tattooed there?
Answer 2 :
No, you are only a legal resident in NJ. Do your parents still claim you? They claim you in NJ.
Answer 3 :
Sounds to me like you're a resident of NJ; if that's where your family lives, and you live with them and are under the age of 23, it's almost a sure bet.
Answer 4 :
Are you filing taxes as independent? Is your permanent residence in New Jersey? Ususally, college undergrads are considered residents of the state in which their parents live.

which new jersey college

which new jersey college?
I am debating on which college to go to, but want to try to stay in-state for the better rates. There are three current options: Rutgers, Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and Rowan University. Being from South Jersey, the latter two options would not require room and board for me (I live in Atlantic City). However, I've been told that Rutgers is the best option of the three. I am middle class and cannot get too much financial aid. However, I have a 1900 SAT score and 3.7 unweighted GPA with a reasonable amount of volunteer hours and hard classes (scholarship potential?). Which would be the best choice for my circumstances?

Answer 1 :
Rutgers is probably your best choice. At least you will be able to go home on weekends if you travel off peak hours during the summer./

Answer 2 :
This is an excellent school, unfortunately I do not see the major available on their website. Other colleges in the area like Dominican College do offer the program.
Answer 3 :
Does their website list that as a major? If so, then, "yes".
Answer 4 :
No you can not. Here is the link to the accredited programs. http://www.nata.org/college-university-athletic-training-programs
